Dima Hasao emerged as the top-performing district with an impressive 88.23% pass rate, followed closely by Sivasagar at 84.08%.
On the other end, Cachar recorded the state's lowest pass percentage at 49.13%. Several other districts in the Barak Valley, including Bongaigaon (49.62%) and Hailakandi (50.85%), also faced significant challenges.

In a wake-up call for the education department, 24 schools in the state recorded a 0% pass rate. This includes 22 government schools and 2 private schools. Notable among them was the Phulbari Public High School (Cachar), where all 33 candidates failed.
